What youll be doing

You wont be stuck doing the same thing every day. This is real maintenance work:

  • Install, tear down, and repair plant equipment

  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues before they become downtime

  • Handle a mix of work: mechanical, basic electrical, welding, fab, general maintenance

  • Read prints, layouts, wiring diagramsfigure it out and get it done

  • Do inspections and preventative maintenance to keep things running smooth

  • Work with outside contractors when neede...
