You must have good safety awareness, good communication & competent decision‑making skills, and a desire to perform requested duties with a focus on safety and appropriate precautions. Skill/Effort Requirements

• Journeyman certification required (CWB certified)
• Minimum 3 years welding in an industrial or manufacturing environment; fabrication experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings
• Requires excellent communication skills
• Able to work well with a diverse workforce
• Able to project a positive attitude
