Build the structures that bring our projects to life.

As a Structural Welder at Eagle Builders, you'll play a key role in the installation of precast concrete structures across commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects throughout Western Canada. This is hands‑on work that requires skill, precision, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

What You’ll Do

• Perform structural welding on commercial, industrial, and agricultural sites
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding procedures
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Carry out ironwork and site preparation for precast wall panel installation
• Maintain and care for company welding rig (keep clean, organized, and in good working condition)
• Work effectively within a 3–5‑person crew
• Assist in a variety of tasks that help the progress of the build
