- Strong foundation in surgical anatomy, biomechanics, and arthroplasty principles.
- Proficiency in using surgical instruments, navigation systems, and implant-specific instrumentation.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and ability to work under pressure in high-stakes environments.
