Joinery Production Manager

The Role

You will have a strong background in overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations within high-quality custom joinery and fit-out environments. Proven expertise in managing production workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with clients, designers, architects, and suppliers to coordinate project requirements and timelines.

Interpret architectural drawings and client briefs.

Produce detailed production drawings using Microvellum.

Prepare and nest CNC-ready files for efficient machining and material optimization.

Order and manage procurement of materials, hardware, and fittings.

Issue clear workshop drawings and documentation for factory production.

Oversee factory workflow and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
