The contract for this post can be offered at 37.5 hours per week. There is potential to earn more, with enhancements offered for weekend work and on-call duties, up to £2.5K additional pay.

Please note we will accept applications from those with an NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Joinery.

Main duties of the job

You will be required to undertake planned preventative and reactive building maintenance duties, as well as minor and major refurbishment works, and manufacturing as required across all Trust properties of the CNTW Group and other areas of responsibility.
