Positioned within a long-term care facility, you will serve meals and maintain food service hygiene, while actively engaging with residents. Your role will involve following dietary guidelines, assisting with basic food prep, and ensuring adherence to health regulations. Your efforts contribute to a safe dining atmosphere for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver meals and snacks to residents according to dietary guidelines
• Maintain an organized and clean food service environment
• Set tables and prepare dining areas for service
• Report food production concerns to the Dietary Supervisor
• Assist with orientation for new staff when needed
