Key Responsibilities:
• Serve food and craft cocktails with expertise
• Keep bar area organized and well-stocked
• Share menu insights and features with guests
• Adapt to changing offerings and local product availability
• Ensure guests have exceptional experiences each shift
Requirements:
• At least four years of fine dining experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of wines and cocktails
• Current Pro-serve certification required
• Excellent multi-tasking skills in busy settings
