Play a pivotal role in our women’s basketball program as the Assistant Coach. Assist the Head Coach in recruiting and developing athletes while ensuring academic success and program integrity.
As an integral member of our NCAA Division II coaching staff, you'll engage in practice planning, player mentorship, and compliance with NCAA regulations. Position responsibilities also encompass evaluating talent through scouting and building relationships with school coaches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in executing skill development sessions
• Develop strategies for player success on and off the court
• Ensure eligibility and retention with academic monitoring
• Manage travel coordination and adherence to compliance
