  1. SUPERVISORS
  • The Role: Manage floor flow, handle guest complaints, and lead the briefing. You ensure service standards are met even during full-house shifts.
  • Requirement: 3–5 years of F&B experience. Strong leadership and ability to solve problems on the spot.
  • Salary: RM 3,200 – RM 4,800++
  1. FLOOR CAPTAINS
  • The Role: Run a specific section of the floor. You guide the servers, assist with difficult orders, and ensure table turnover is fast and smooth.
  • Requirement: 2+ years of experience. Must be confident in communication and have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Salary: RM 2,600 – RM 3,000++
