Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, well-organized and service-minded colleague to join one of our Customer Support teams in Arendal. This is a two-year temporary position starting in early fall.

Our Customer Support teams provide high-quality support to Underwriters and Claims Handlers as part of Gard’s worldwide marine insurance operations. You will join a friendly, skilled and energetic work environment.

YOUR PRIMAY FOCUS WILL BE:

  • Processing and handling high-efficiency claims
  • Managing claims payments and related transactions
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Maintaining a continuous focus on improving our services and practices
  • Performing other claims-related tasks

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar and/or relevant experience is an advantage
