FWFN Niibin seeks passionate Senior Day Camp Leaders for a fulfilling summer role. Coordinate activities and ensure a memorable camp experience while celebrating Indigenous heritage.
As a Senior Day Camp Leader, you will guide a team and campers through engaging programs in a supportive environment. Candidates should be social services students with leadership skills and experience working with children. Your role will include overseeing daily operations and organizing the closing Summer Family Field Day Celebration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate camp activities effectively
• Supervise and mentor junior leaders and campers
• Develop and manage the Summer Family Field Day Celebration
• Maintain a safe and respectful camp environment
• Communicate openly and sensitively with participants
