In your role as the Human Resources Coordinator, reporting to the Hospitality Human Resources Manager, you will guide recruitment processes, manage employee records, and foster effective communication within the team. Your organizational skills will facilitate comprehensive onboarding and the implementation of training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with job postings and candidate screenings
• Oversee onboarding processes and training for newcomers
• Maintain and manage HRIS employee data
• Work with payroll on employment changes and benefits
• Drive engagement through communication and recognition initiatives
