Become a Family Practitioner at the Cowichan Urgent and Primary Care Centre, providing essential healthcare in a highly collaborative clinic. Cater to patients across all ages while focusing on women's health and mental well-being.
The Cowichan PCN invites Family Practitioners to offer comprehensive care in its new UPCC. Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Social Workers to deliver preventive care, health screenings, and manage chronic diseases. Emphasize patient accessibility with pre-booked and same-day appointments while charting with Telus Med Access EMR.
