You'll play a vital role in our HR team by assisting with recruitment, facilitating onboarding, and supporting various HR projects. Your ability to manage employee information accurately will help shape a supportive workplace culture dedicated to improving the lives of those with type 1 diabetes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide recruitment support, including job postings and interviews
• Oversee onboarding documentation and compliance tracking
• Enter and update employee data in HRIS
• Coordinate summer job programs for hiring
• Assist wellness initiative communications organization-wide
