Become a key player as a Wind Farm Technician at Chatham Wind Farm, responsible for essential maintenance tasks that maximize energy production. This full-time role demands hands-on technical abilities and commitment to safety practices.
You will operate and maintain various equipment while conducting inspections and preventive maintenance to support optimal operations. This includes working actively in teams, managing on-call duties, and adhering to environmental safety programs for sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain electrical substation and hydroelectric plant equipment
• Replace components per manufacturer's guidelines
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on wind farm equipment
