The Across Boundaries Board seeks dedicated members experienced in board governance, strategic planning, and community development. Ideal candidates will engage deeply with anti-racism and anti-oppression frameworks and include voices representing diverse communities, including 2SLGBTQ+ members and youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and participate in 6-10 annual board meetings
• Engage in board committees meeting monthly
• Advocate for historically silenced voices
• Contribute to strategic governance initiatives
• Support community connection and development efforts
Requirements:
• Proven experience in executive leadership or governance roles
• Understanding of Ontario health care systems
• Knowledge of labor relations and human resources
