2. Prospect and contact potential customers
3. Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
4. Resolve customer enquiries and complaints
5. Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
6. Identify specific needs for educating and providing support to doctors/hospitals to create awareness and demand for the product
7. Sales forecast & inventory control
8. To take active part in recruiting, induction, training and developing the right sales team and further to monitor the sales team by providing in house and on the job training
