Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and government regulations.
• Manage industrial relations, disciplinary cases, and employee grievance handling.
