The Job Placement Associate builds and maintains relationships with employers to identify job opportunities and facilitate successful employment outcomes for program participants. This role focuses on understanding employer workforce needs, matching candidates to suitable positions, and supporting placements through ongoing employer and participant communication. The Job Placement Associate works collaboratively with internal teams and community partners to ensure placements align with labour market demand and program objectives. Reports to Program Manager.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Education in Career Development/Business/ Marketing/ Sales or related field
• 2+ Years of experience in sales or placement
• Experienced in service-oriented environment
• Local Labour Market Knowledge considered as asset
