Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Time & Attendance System

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Reporting to the Manager, HR Technology & Analytics, the Senior Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of an enterprise Time & Attendance system (UKG Pro WFM) across the organization and its affiliates.

This role is accountable for delivering complex, large-scale HR technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational needs, and stakeholder expectations; managing vendors and system integrators; and ensuring successful adoption through strong project governance and change management practices.
