Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
Proficiency in GATI software is a must.
Manage customer order data and ensure accuracy in the order processing system.
Assist in generating reports and analyzing data related to sales, stock levels, and product performance.
Ensure that all records comply with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with various departments (e.g., sales, marketing, inventory) to ensure data consistency and support daily operations.
