Job Title:

• Job Coach (Part-Time) Location: Clackamas, OR Pay: $21.75–$22.75 per hour (DOE) + $500 Hiring Bonus Community Access Services (CAS) is hiring a Part-Time Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as they gain confidence and succeed in competitive employment throughout the community.


• This role primarily serves Clackamas County , with occasional assignments in Multnomah and Washington counties based on program needs.
• While this position begins as part-time, additional hours are expected as services continue to expand, creating the opportunity for a future full-time schedule.
• No previous Job Coach experience is required.
