Job Description

A 3-year ACCA training contract with BDO Wave's Audit division in Gqeberha, starting January 2027. Trainees gain broad commercial audit experience while working toward ACCA Strategic Level exams, with full study support including exam and tuition costs (first attempt), lecture preparation with an approved provider, and paid study leave.

Responsibilities Audit (Technical): Assist in the delivery of audits from planning through to completion. Support planning activities: audit planning documents, system notes, risk assessments. Perform audit procedures across payroll, cash and bank, revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and PPE. Evaluate evidence for risk of material misstatement and document findings. Administration: Complete monthly feedback forms with manager input. Track and update monthly skills reviews in the Learning & Training System (LTS).
