Define and lead the DevOps strategy aligned with business goals, driving cultural transformation and DevOps maturity across teams. Assess current capabilities, build clear improvement roadmaps, provide architectural and technical guidance on cloud and platform practices, and partner with executive stakeholders to turn business needs into DevOps initiatives.
