You will be the go-to expert for customers seeking remote fixes, utilising customer provided symptoms, historical data, connected car data and diagnostics log files to support the business by only sending patrols to where they are needed. Salary: £35,000 plus benefits

Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Shifts: between 0800 – 1900, Monday to Sunday
