**Responsibilities**
In this role, you'll get to...
- develop customer interaction solutions using JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
- work with broad technologies: XML, JSP, REST, JSON, JDBC and relational databases
- work with Source Control systems including Subversion and TFS
- deploy and manage complex Atlassian and ancillary product implementations onto staging and production environments
- assist in client requirement gathering, process analysis, deployment and user acceptance testing
- proactively work with peers, key business stakeholders in understanding business needs and recommend solutions
- provide documented solution guidance and recommendations as required
- work as part of team to complete configuration and testing of product implementations
