The Role

Ensure an adequate level of customer service across Mexico and Central America by managing demand, coordinating logistics processes, and providing timely solutions to customer issues, while designing and improving logistics processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage customer orders, balancing demand vs. logistics and operational capacity
  • Coordinate with operations, plant, and sales teams to ensure service fulfillment
  • Handle customer claims related to logistics processes
  • Maintain continuous communication with customers and internal teams
  • Design and implement logistics processes for new customers
  • Propose and drive improvements in supply chain processes
  • Manage shipping priorities in shortage or special cases
  • Support customer onboarding into logistics operations
  • Promote continuous improvement and process innovation
