Must have Skills:

Strong Core Java (OOP, Collections, Exception Handling)

Hands-on with JBPM, Drools Rule Engine DRL files, rules execution, business logic separation

Knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and database interaction

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven)
