The Opportunity:

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity – join us as JavaScript & API Senior Developer to build our web application, serving customers in the Asia Pacific Region.

Be part of a team building a new end-to-end Zurich Edge digital insurance platform to enable new distribution models. Insurance offerings on this platform will be specifically designed for high levels of automation and straight through processing across the full insurance value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a deep understanding of business requirements, and how to best build the web application

  • Web development: strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript or Typescript

  • Microservices: strong knowledge in Node.JS and/or Nest.JS, PostgeSQL, Redis

  • Unit testing (JEST), integration testing and deployments in various environments

  • Troubleshooting, debugging & defect analysis
