Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Java-based software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Support business operations by improving or performing system configurations or developing new features of Java applications.
• Ensure performance, quality and responsiveness of applications by monitoring, analyzing, reporting root causes of system/production disruptions and providing recommendations to prevent recurrence of glitches, defects & bugs.
• Help to maintain/improve code quality as well as automation especially in the testing area.
• Analyze current technology trends within the IT lines and identify opportunities to design new technology solutions that maximize the company's productivity and improve business operations.
