Job Description

PRTR Technical is looking for a Java Tech Lead for an International IT service provider based in Bangkok. 

Role and Responsibility 

  • Analyzing and learning about the user’s needs and requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining both front and back-end software based on Java technology.
  • Reviewing code written by the team members and mentoring junior developers. 
  • Improving software and creating tools for less maintenance.
  • Designing solution architecture to solve the associated requirements.
  • Researching and enabling yourself on new technology to create a better product.
  • Participating in agile working practices such as daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

    • Qualifications

  • Previous experience in leading a team of developers.
  • 6+ years of experience in Java Spring Boot (Microservices preferred).
