Experience with Clustered server deployments – advantage
Experience with Linux Environments and Shell Scripting

(B.A .or B.Sc. in Computer Science (or related field
2+ years as technical leader or team leader
5+ Years of experience with Java in server projects
2+ Years of experience with Web Technologies (HTML/JavaScript/Ajax)
2+ Years of experience with NoSQL Database Technology (MongoDB is preferred)
