Provide end‑to‑end production support for Java-based applications.
Monitor application health and troubleshoot real-time issues across production environments.
Work with Kong API Gateway for configuration, debugging, and performance tuning.
Manage and support AWS cloud components used in production.
Use monitoring tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, and Kibana for incident analysis and root‑cause identification.
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to rollout fixes, enhancements, and performance improvements.
Ensure stability, reliability, and continuous availability of production systems.
