We are hiring a Java Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in supporting mission‑critical applications and monitoring production systems.

What You'll Do:


  • Provide end‑to‑end production support for Java-based applications.
  • Monitor application health and troubleshoot real-time issues across production environments.
  • Work with Kong API Gateway for configuration, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Manage and support AWS cloud components used in production.
  • Use monitoring tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, and Kibana for incident analysis and root‑cause identification.
