Key responsibilities include:
• Lead planning, development and implementation of customer support solutions demonstrating web & mobile technology best practices
• Manage multiple projects, setting priorities with measurable objectives, monitoring and reporting on the process, progress and results
• Lead technical development; Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness
• Effectively communicate project status to the senior management and business partners on a regular basis
• Partner with business to ensure their expectations are met and managed
• Institutionalize best practices for IT applications development and project management to ensure consistent delivery of quality application solutions
• Keep up-to date on latest technology solutions in market to generate innovative ideas to solve business challenges
