Role Description

We are looking for a Java Lead / Architect with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, capable of designing scalable solutions and leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Java development team
• Architect scalable, secure, microservices‑based applications
• Guide teams throughout the SDLC with strong technical oversight
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps for smooth delivery
• Review code, enforce best practices, and drive technical decisions
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system performance
