Job Description
This role is designed for a strong Java developer who will be trained and ramped into Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter. We are not looking for beginners. We are looking for engineers who already know how to build enterprise-grade systems and are ready to upskill fast and deliver in a regulated insurance environment.
You will start with Java-heavy responsibilities and progressively take ownership of Guidewire configuration, Gosu development, integrations, and production-grade delivery.

Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience in enterprise applications
- Prior experience working on large-scale, multi-module systems
- Exposure to any of the following domains is preferred: Insurance, BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, or other regulated industries
- No prior Guidewire experience required, but strong willingness and discipline to upskill is mandatory
