Java Engineering Lead – Low Latency/HFT Trading Systems

We’re looking for an accomplished Java Engineering Lead to spearhead the design and optimisation of ultra‑low‑latency trading systems . This is not an ivory‑tower leadership role — you will be deeply hands‑on , writing high‑performance code, guiding architectural decisions, and leading a team of exceptional engineers building systems measured in microseconds.
