Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers using Java-based software products, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to understand and address their technical inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with development teams to escalate and prioritize customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Utilize knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, Kafka, and other relevant technologies to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation.
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
