Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of developers in the design and development of java based applications using spring mvc framework.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform code reviews, identify technical risks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
