  • Leadership & Team Management (coaching, conflict resolution, performance management, team building).
  • Communication, Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration.
    • Good to Have Skills:
  • OMS, Core Java, Springboot.
  • OMS, microservices implementation in JAVA, Stores customization.
  • API knowledge.
  • OMS Functional SME on Sourcing & Promising.
  • Kafka, MQ, Oracle DB, SQL DB, springboot.
  • JAVA and Microservices.
  • Front end.
  • SQL, Power BI or other BI Toolset.
  • API, XML, Database.
  • Sourcing Logic Experience.
  • Fulfillment Experience.
