Hands-on experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Microservices architecture, and RESTful services is mandatory. The role requires applying DevOps principles in application development and contributing to CI/CD practices. Experience in refactoring and re-engineering existing platforms using modern technologies to drive innovation and improvement is essential. A solid understanding of OOPS and design patterns is expected. The candidate should have strong database expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase, including stored procedures.
