• A top-class technical architect who can create product design and implementation of varying complexity to meet customer requirements.
• Meeting with the IT manager to determine the client’s current and future product needs.
• Determining whether the current product can be upgraded or if a new product needs to be installed.
• Meeting with the software vendors to discuss the system software needs.
• Troubleshooting systems issues as they arise.
• Measuring the performance of the upgraded or newly installed product.
• Training staff on product procedures.
