Development Manager / Software Architect

Architecture and Development:

• Assess and guide technical delivery of high-quality products ensuring adherence to best practices, documented processes, and delivery commitments
• Estimate software development effort, propose alternatives, and prioritize development tasks
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders on product roadmap, requirements, and release schedules
• Ensure product requirements are clear, complete, and testable

Engineering Leadership and Mentoring:

• Serve as Development Manager leading geographically distributed development partner teams
• Guide teams to develop optimal technical designs and implementation approaches
