Project Description

The Technical Solutions Architect plays a mission-critical role in defining and delivering client solutions that bring client AI's product capabilities to life. You'll lead the design of end-to-end architectures that unlock business value from fragmented, siloed and poor quality data. You'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to define implementation plans, mitigate technical risk, and drive measurable outcomes such as reducing churn, increasing conversion, and surfacing actionable insights from underutilized customer data.
