We are looking for a Java Application Support Engineer to join a fast-paced production support environment supporting critical enterprise applications.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy deep technical troubleshooting, system stability, and solving complex production challenges rather than pure development work.
You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and integration teams to ensure applications remain stable, performant, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 / L3 production support for enterprise-grade applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents and performance issues
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes or workarounds
- Monitor application health, logs, and performance metrics
- Diagnose backend issues using SQL queries and data analysis
- Support and validate APIs using Postman, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON
