·Providing support for Desktop/Laptop inMMD infrastructure
·CMDB Management
·Providing Desktop Support and addressingtickets for WIN-10 Deployment related issues and requests.
·Hand hold customer in installation of anyapplications, 1st Level of technical support
·Troubleshooting and resolving users’desktop/laptop/tablets issues remotely
·Identification, troubleshooting andresolution of various services running on Windows Operating system
