Aramark is seeking a Janitorial Manager for Hydro‑Québec in East James Bay
Position: Janitorial Manager
Location: East James Bay
- Ability and willingness to travel or work long rotations away from home
- Work schedule: 15 days on / 13 days off
- During camp rotations, most workdays range from 10 to 12 hours
- Transportation is by plane from Bagotville or Rouyn‑Noranda airports; Aramark reimburses travel expenses to the airport
- Meals and accommodation at the camp are provided at no additional cost
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including performance management, training, and supervision
- Ensure employees clearly understand objectives and expectations
- Oversee and supervise all housekeeping activities in the camp facilities
