Job Description

Staffinity is recruiting for a Janitorial Manager for ourclient in Sudbury. This is a permanent position with salary, benefits, and
vacation. The base pay range is $60,000–$75,000 per year. The position will
work full-time out of the Sudbury office with very occasional travel required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of janitorial staff across
    multiple client sites (industrial, commercial, and office spaces).
  • Supervise, schedule, and train cleaning teams to ensure
    consistent service quality.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance
    with client standards and company policies.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning products, supplies, and
    equipment; coordinate ordering and distribution.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and task
    checklists for efficiency and accountability.
